It has been about 30 years since the headhunters entered China.With the rapid rise of China's private enterprises and the influx of foreign enterprises,resulting in the rapid development of the industry headhunting talent in short supply on the market.At present,China's headhunting talent Reserve is relatively inadequate,headhunting staff flow between the headhunting companies and the turnover rate is high.Talents are the most precious and important resources of headhunting companies.They are the fundamental driving force for the development of reality and future,the frequent turnover of employees will have a very negative impact on the operation of Enterprises.BL headhunting Company is a well-known high-end talent service consulting company,with more than 10 wholly-owned offices and more than 500 employees.Over the past more than ten years,it has accumulated a wealth of customer resources and network resources;it has been a leading enterprise in this industry,with the general characteristics of the headhunting industry.In this paper,based on the existing resignation theory,psychological motivation model and the development status of the headhunting industry,this thesis takes the development of the headhunting industry as the background.The selection of BL headhunting employees for the study,using literature research,summarized the main factors affecting turnover BL headhunting employees a comprehensive analysis of interviews.Managers from the business point of departure BL executive search firm,through the establishment of a sound staff recruitment mechanisms;develop a scientific career path planning;establish and improve a fair promotion channels;provide attractive salary incentive policies;to build a good corporate culture and other measures BL executive search firm to improve the problem faced.It is hoped that can provide guidance and reference for BL headhunting managers,providing targeted reminders,management and control for employee turnover problems.Providing some theoretical and empirical analysis to researchers in other industries,hoping to provide some help for the executive search industry company in the management of staff turnover.
