Gansu Equity Exchange Center Private Convertible Bond Risk Control Research

Since 2013,regional equity trading markets have been established in various provinces across the country.As the "fourth board market",they have built investment and financing Bridges for local small and medium-sized enterprises and private capital,and have also done a lot of cultivation and standardization work for enterprises to enter the "National Equities Exchange and Quotations " market and main board market.On the basis of introduction of risk control measures of private convertible bonds issued in Gansu equity exchange center,this paper lays emphasis on the research of design and structure of system process,setting of risk control measures,project due diligence,project duration management and risk early warning and response.This paper,takes Baiyin high-tech investment company private convertible bond issued in Gansu equity exchange center as an example,through selective analysis of private bond issue body,examining and verifying system,participant requirements,guarantee and assurance,project pass verification,duration management,prevention and disposition of default risk,information disclosure and investor protection,based on visit of other regional equity exchange markets and involvement of private convertible bond issuance in Gansu province equity exchange market,seeks to find out the problems of risk management factors during the whole process of issuance of Gansu equity exchange center private convertible bonds,puts forward improvement of risk management measures(from early period examination,duration management to later period prevention and control)of Gansu equity exchange center private convertible bonds,and provides a reference for Gansu equity exchange center to carry out private equity bond business in a more standardized way.
