| Kai Run Group is a real estate enterprise which has been developing for 25 years.Its real estate development projects are all over the country.However,with the increasing regulation and control of the real estate market policy,increasingly fierce market competition,situation of large-scale housing enterprises annexing small and medium-sized Housing enterprises is unavoidable.In order to make enterprises more competitive and develop on a large scale,Kai Run Group put forward the strategic idea of introducing Amoeba business model into the company.According to the thinking of raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper adopts the following research methods: literature search to identify the problems and ideas of the research and draw up the content and framework of the research;expatiate on the organizational structure theory,organizational change theory and Amoeba business ideas,and list the successful cases of Amoeba introduction into China;design questionnaires and interview outlines.This paper investigates the current situation of human resources and organizational structure in enterprises,and analyses the problems existing in the operation of enterprises from the aspects of system process and performance appraisal,and then discusses the reasons for these problems.In order to introduce Amoeba management idea successfully,it makes a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Kai Run Group,as well as use Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the industry environment in which the enterprises are located.According to the actual situation of Kai Run Group,this paper designs the business plan of Kai Run Group from eight aspects: organizational reconstruction,division of Amoeba units,determination of internal transaction rules,establishment of business accounting system,talent planning,mechanism construction and distribution scheme.It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide reference value and reference significance for the exploration of organizational change of real estate enterprises. |
