In the context of the restructuring of rural commercial banks, the scale of agriculture-related loan business has been significantly improved. However, the traces of the rural credit cooperatives of the rural commercial banks still exist in their internal systems, which means that the agricultural commercial banks still face risks in the process of development. From 2014 to 2018,NC rural commercial bank has a high non-performing loan ratio, and agriculture-related loans accounted for the highest proportion of total loans. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of NC farmer's agricultural loan risk, find the source of risk. This paper uses the theory of NC agricultural business to use the theory and practice method to deeply explore the impact of various factors such as operating level, borrower, external policy environment and market environment on the risk of agricultural loans.Firstly,a systematic theoretical explanation was made on the influencing factors of rural commercial banks' agricultural loan risk. Then the factor analysis method is used to extract the main factors affecting the risk of agricultural loans in the actual research. The main impact factors are used to rank the factors,so that the influence degree of the influencing factors is more clear. The research results show that the main influencing factors of the risk of agricultural loans are the bank's own operating level, customer factors, and macro environmental factors.Based on this, this paper proposes policy recommendations in a targeted manner, with a view to reducing the risk of NC farmer's agriculture-related loans,non-performing loan ratio.Promoting local economic and financial development.
