Research On Optimization Of Financing Strategy Of HY Small And Medium High-tech Enterprises

High-tech enterprises are of great importance to the economic development of our country.On the one hand,high-tech enterprises provide a large number of jobs and national fiscal taxation for our country;On the other hand,high-tech enterprises are one of the main sources of scientific and technological innovation in China,and a large number of scientific research achievements come from high-tech enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to promote the development of high-tech enterprises,(such as the development of high-tech enterprises in the process of facing a relatively serious problem is the shortage of development funds).In this paper,the financing problems and financing strategies of HY high-tech enterprises are studied by means of case analysis,literature research and so on,and the problems of financing difficulties of high-tech enterprises are explored.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)the problems existing in the financing of HY high-tech enterprises are single financing channel,too high financing cost,unreasonable maturity structure of debt capital,and insufficient capital.At the same time,it also analyzes the main reasons for its financing difficulties.(2)to determine the HY Company’s best financing options,including gradually optimizing the structure of assets,should choose the financing without collateral financing,gem IPO,bank credit.Long-term loans,private equity financing,etc.Through the research in this paper,HY can obtain funds with the best financing scheme and the lowest financing cost,so as to provide sufficient capital guarantee for the development of enterprises.This paper adopts the method of combining practice and theory,through the case analysis,makes a comprehensive analysis of the financing difficulties of HY high-tech enterprises.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of corporate financing,the problem of financing difficulty is found out,and the optimal financing scheme and capital structure of HY high-tech enterprises under the present situation are found out.The research on the financing of HY high-tech enterprises can be used for reference to other high-tech enterprises in China.
