Branches are marketing and service channels established by Banks to meet customers' actual and potential needs for financial products and services.They are the basis and foundation for the development of commercial Banks and the main position for Banks to handle various businesses.Along with the development of domestic economy,the rapid development of modern information technology and application of the Internet financial prosperity,financial disintermediation and constantly promote interest rate liberalization,third-party payment,mobile banking,electronic banking,P2 P,the electricity business financial new mode is gradually accepted by the masses of customers,such as bank of traditional physical network traffic downward trend year by year,weakening its strategic value.In spite of this,traditional physical outlets are still irreplaceable distribution channels for the banking industry and play an important role in establishing the brand image of banking services,selling complex financial products and managing high-quality customer relationships.The depth and breadth of a bank's business development is determined by the core competitiveness of its business outlets,and the development status of the outlets is the cornerstone of the bank's sustainable development.Under the situation of "Internet +",Banks must attach importance to the positioning and transformation of physical outlets in the new environment,so as to adapt to the increasing demands of different types of customers for financial services.The defects of the network operation mode of domestic banking industry are gradually emerging.The transformation of network operation mode and risk control have become the primary choice of domestic commercial Banks,and each bank seeks the best solution to adapt to the development of The Times.By selecting M bank,a small local commercial bank,as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo of the operation mode of M bank's branches,combines the new problems in the era of mobile Internet,and on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad,explores the network operation mode suitable for the actual business situation of M bank.Firstly,literature review method is used to review the theoretical literature related to the network operation mode,which lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis in the following part.Secondly,by using the field survey method,the problems existing in the existing operation mode of M bank outlets are analyzed and excavated from four aspects,namely,the situation of outlets,management,customers and team,and the customer-centered intelligent operation transformation mode is proposed.Finally,in view of the new network operation mode,specific transformation measures are given from three aspects: channel construction,process optimization,team construction and assessment,so as to achieve the goal of enhancing network value creation,customer satisfaction and core competitiveness.
