Facing the pressure of China's economic downturn,as the important part of the national economy,the risk of small and micro businesses is rising.There is a huge financing dilemma,which is difficult to achieve sustainable business development.How to effectively carry out the credit business of small and micro enterprises and promote the good development of small and micro enterprises has become an important research topic for commercial banks.In this paper,the Minsheng Bank JN branch Small and micro businesses credit business as the research object,according to the relevant theory and research,elaborated the JN branch of Small and micro businesses credit business development,it was found that the formation of Small and micro businesses stable credit business system,but the balance of slowdown,business development is not balanced and the rate of non-performing loans rising problem.JN branch market segmentation strategy,the channel strategy,product portfolio strategy, security strategy and service marketing strategy to reflect the Small and micro businesses credit business area layout is not reasonable,marketing channels,market positioning is not clear,lack of business innovation ability and some other problems.According to the present situation of the marketing environment of the credit business of JN branch,combined with the SW OT strategy analysis method,puts forward the future development of JN branch of Small and micro businesses credit business marketing strategy recommendations,including Small and micro businesses using the cross marketing model of innovation and development of credit business credit business of retail Small and micro businesses of community banks,the establishment of large data + traditional small micro enterprise credit business mode and other measures to promote the JN branch of Small and micro businesses credit business smoothly,enhance the JN branch of Small and micro businesses credit business marketing level.
