Along with the social and economic development,environmental pollution and energy shortage problem gradually revealed.With almost a third of the world's greenhouse gas emissions associated with building energy consumption,throughout the whole life cycle of the building,the energy consumption of using phase is the largest,accounting for about 80%-90% of the energy consumption of whole life cycle.Thus,to reduce building energy consumption,related researching should focus on building using phase.Although the government has used a large number of energy saving technologys to reduce the energy consumption of building operation stage,but it didn't curb the momentum of the sharp rise in the living energy consumption of building use phase.Hence the researchers found that because users don't understand of energy-saving products and the lack of information,weakening the effect of energy saving technology.Energy-saving potential of energy saving technology greatly depends on the user's behavior.Based on urban residents' energy saving behavior research as the breakthrough point,main purpose is from the social-technology system(people interact with technology)and social learning(information)to explore the influencing factors of urban energy saving behavior and establish a residents' energy saving behavior of the ascension path,in order to better play the residents behavior's energy-saving potential,to reduce the operational use phase energy consumption also provide a new perspective.First of all,based on the energy saving behavior and influence factors of related literature,this paper defines the definition of saving energy,divided into buying energy saving behavior and habitual energy saving behavior,and combines the technique of social-technology system and social learning theory established researching framework.We divided the influencing factors to three dimensions,including individual cognitive factors,interpersonal interaction factors and social information factors,and based on this framework to carry out the interview investigation,grasp the focus of urban residents on energy saving and energy conservation behavior present situation,the initial gap analysis as research variables.Identifying the energy conservation knowledge,personal specification,self-efficacy,value perception,acceptance,communication,conformity,social network,energy saving,economic incentives,energy-saving publicity,information feedback,brand awareness,a total of 13 variables,then proposed built the paper's research hypothesis,built the theory model of influence factors.Finally,through the way of questionnaire to survey the various factors,and using confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to analysis the recycling of 712 valid questionnaires,in order to verify the hypothesis model.Through empirical research,the main conclusions are as follows: confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the city residents' energy saving behavior influence factors are divided into three dimensions: personal cognitive factors,interpersonal interaction and social information factors,the three dimensions from the internal and external and the interaction between people and the environment three aspects form an organic whole,mutual influence energy saving behavior of urban residents.Regression analysis results show that the value perception is the most obvious effect on the purchase energy saving,self-efficacy is most significantly influence habitual energy saving behavior,then the influence of different population characteristics of its energy-saving behavior also has significant differences,social information on individual cognitive factors and interpersonal interaction factors on the effect of energy saving behavior has significant adjustment.Finally,the paper put forward the improvement strategy.First of all,speed up the technology development and promotion of energy saving products,improve the quality of energy saving products,reduce the cost of energy saving products,so as to enhance the value of consumer perception.Second,expand the content of the electricity bills,through information transparency and feedback mechanism to improve the residents' self-efficacy.Finally,the government should take rich economic incentives actions,various stimulates the user response.
