With the development of mobile Internet and change rapidly in the market environment,by the communication operators Internet giant impact,reform and restructuring of the situation is imminent,G telecom company is one of the pioneers of big data product development in China telecom operators,Internet products transformation imperative.I combined with their own work experience,schedule and control of G telecom smart district of big data projects through the case study,provide experience and reference for the future similar project management company.First of all,this paper summarizes the background,significance and domestic and foreign research,and introduces the research methods and main research contents of this paper.Secondly,combined with the specific case of G Telecom Company wisdom District big data project,through the analysis of the implementation status of the project schedule,project,application of fishbone diagram analysis method,the existing project planning,function positioning is not clear enough,the division is not clear,the project schedule management enforcement is not strong,the lack of project schedule the ability to control the problem of the progress of the project management process,from project organization,project activities,project breakdown structure,incentive mechanism,project responsibility matrix project duration 5 aspects put forward the improvement proposal.Third,the optimization of project organization structure,establish incentive mechanism and project activities using the program evaluation and review technique(PERT)and the critical chain method(CCPM)schedule management model combining the project schedule scheme of G telecom smart district of big data projects of optimization and adjustment,shorten the duration of the project,improve the project each participant's enthusiasm,and work efficiency,and improve the performance of the project,and achieved certain economic benefits.Finally,in order to ensure the project schedule optimization can effectively landing,at the start of the project,in each stage,after the completion of the schedule control,and the effect of the project schedule management plan optimization were analyzed and compared by the method of S curve.
