Research For Material Purchasing Cost Control Of D Power Supply Enterprise

With the economic globalization,the electric system reform presently and the state strengthens on the supervision of state-owned enterprises,the resource structure of power supply enterprises in China are changing.For power supply enterprises,restricting factors of purchasing which lead to time-consuming and high cost of procurement still more.Procurement is an important part of the overall management of power supply enterprises affects the production cost of power supply enterprises directly and related to the safe and economical operation of power supply system in China.In recent years,The power supply enterprise as the traditional state-owned enterprise mode,which is low efficiency and randomness.The mode not only cannot play a role in reducing costs,but also greatly increased the cost of enterprise management.In order to adapt to the current electricity market environment and improve the enterprise profit space,the power supply enterprise must change ideas and innovative procurement mechanism.In this paper,selects the D power supply enterprise as the research object.Based on a comprehensive knowledge of the D power supply enterprise's internal procurement systems,procurement process and procurement mode etc,Describes the D power supply enterprise procurement cost control status and puts forward the existing problems of procurement.Analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with the material procurement cost control theory,firstly,give the improvement strategy for material purchasing cost control of D power supply enterprise,which is the procurement plan,quality of personnel,supplier management and purchasing informatization.Finally,give analysis of the procurement cost control effect from the aspects of the control of idle materials,the cost of materials,the efficiency of examination.It also describes the effects of the procurement plan,quality of personnel,supplier management and purchasing informatization.The purpose of this paper is improving D power supply enterprise material purchasing management level,promote the purchasing cost control work toward the direction of more reasonable and scientific,so as to improve procurement efficiency,promote upgrading of the overall economic benefits of enterprises.
