Incentive is the core question of any corporate management.An effective incentive system should be able to motivate employees and coordinate employees with the overall firm strategic goal.We study the incentive mechanism and method not only to meet the needs of management theory and practice but also to help a firm face the challenges in the knowledge economy age.With firm environment becomes increasingly complex and volatile and the competition in the market increases.Enterprises are facing more and more serious challenges.Incentive management has become the core function of a firm.Therefore,incentives,through the rational use of enterprise resources,to maximize the function of human resources management is the first priority for the survival and even development of enterprises.We study the incentive mechanism and method not only to meet the needs of management theory and practice but also to help a firm face the challenges in the knowledge economy age.Base on classic literature and theory on employee incentive and motivation,this article combined and integrated different t heories of employee motivation.This article starts from the discussion of the concept of employee incentive and points out the problems of employee incentive mechanism in Ulanhot Zhongmeng Pharmaceutical Ltd..The problems in salary incentive mainly include four aspects: imperfect salary system,too single salary structure,lack of fairness in salary distribution and unreasonable performance appraisal.The problems in spiritual incentive are mainly lack of cultural atmosphere,neglect of employee needs and poor communication environment.The main problems in career management are that enterprises do not pay enough attention to the career planning of employees and the management of training content is not comprehensive enough.Then,the article provides some solutions to incentive mechanism design which includes financial incentives,spiritual inspiration,and firm culture.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new incentive mechanism,three safeguard measures are put forward: policy guarantee and good competition measures,organizational guarantee and cultural propaganda measures,and performance establishment.I attempt to make incentive management the driving force of the growth of Ulanhot Zhongmeng Pharmaceutical Ltd.In the end,I hope that this article can help the firm reduce employee attrition,attract more high-tech talents,increasing employee loyalty to enterprises and enhancing team cohesion of employees,and support the organic growth of the firm.This study attempts to provide valuable implications for firm human resource management. |
