| With the integration of the world economy and the development of globalization,the international trade has become more and more frequent,and the upgrade of products has become extremely rapidly,electronic and electrical products in particular,thus leading to a large amount of waste electrical products which pose a threat to human’s health and ecological environment.In this case,Europe,which stands for environmental protection,enacted the RoHS1.0.Since then,China followed it.China enacted the Management measures for the prevention and control of electronic information products,known as China’s RoHS1.0 on February 28,2006.In recent years,China’s economy has achieved rapid progress and the environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.Once again,China has stepped up its environmental protection work and released RoHS 2.0: Administrative Measures for Restricted Use of Harmful Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products on January 21,2016.RoHS is not only an environmental directive,but also a clear technical barrier.Only when companies respond actively can they achieve better sustainable development in a highly competitive market environment.The research subject of this thesis is the process of head of the kitchen and electricity industry leader: FT company’s implementation of China’s RoHS2.0.By comparing China’s RoHS2.0 failure process with the successful implementation of China’s RoHS2.0 by project management methods,that the essences of the implementation of China’s RoHS2.0 are rectification of compliance and green supply chain is put forward.This thesis summarizes that make full use of the five processes and ten knowledge fields and combine tools and methods are the core element of successful implementation of China’s RoHS2.0.By analyzing and summarizing the practical experience of enterprises,this paper provides valuable reference samples for other enterprises to implement RoHS,which is more conducive to the effective implementation of national laws and regulations. |
