Initiated by the 12 th Five-Year Plan for "Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation",China's small and medium-sized enterprises have mushroomed and made important contributions to the development of the national economy.Meanwhile,the government also pays great attention to the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Due to the small size of small and medium-sized enterprises,weak financial strength and low technical level,they have always been in a weak position in the competition.According to statistics,over 90% of small and medium-sized enterprises in China have a life span of only 3-5 years.In the face of such a tragic situation,small and medium-sized enterprises must improve their management level and strengthen cost control to expand profit space and find a sustainable path for themselves.For cost control,In general,enterprises pay more attention to explicit cost management such as direct materials and direct labor and equipment.However,there are less analysis and control of hidden costs hidden behind explicit costs,such as opportunity cost,labor efficiency cost,capital time cost and so on.But for small and medium-sized enterprises,there is limited scope for controlling explicit costs compared with large enterprises.But for small and medium-sized enterprises,the dominant costs compared with large enterprises are relatively limited space,the control of hidden cost is more maneuverable,it is closely related to the enterprise resource integration and management ability..Company A is A high-tech enterprise which mainly focuses on intelligent monitoring and testing instruments of power equipment.The main products include the monitoring instrument of the switchboard and the sensor of the transformer board,etc.With the continuous development of Internet + application,the increasingly strong demand for intelligent products,customers in the industry for nearly three years to continue under A corporate transformation and upgrading,innovation,under the market to invest A lot of effort,but the current status is still trying to make ends meet,so A company must pay much attention to cost control,expand sales boost profits at the same time,guarantee the sustainable development of enterprise management.This article focuses on the analysis of the concepts,features,manifestations,and management methods of hidden costs.Starting from the concept of modern cost management,combining theory with reality,the issue of hidden cost management for A companies has been carefully scrutinized and optimized.A company in the hidden cost management process,it should establish a scientific sense of hidden cost management,establish an effective cost management mode;In terms of decision-making,they should adopt the principle of democratic centralism,actively exert the wisdom of all employees,and adhere to the principle of full participation and full-process management.Not only pay attention to the accounting of business cost results,but also timely and accurate analysis of process management,dynamic adjustment of cost budgets,and control of hidden costs in the bud.
