As the most popular topic in academic and practice field, sharing economy has received widespread tremendous attention. While the remarkable development of sharing economy brings much convenience to consumers,it also has disrupted many traditional industry and firms. It is much more essential for traditional manufacturers to transform from a product/service supplier to a service platform provider. At the same time, the impact of human behavioral issues on the supply chain decision making is to arouse higher attention, such as risk attitude and so on.Behavioral factors, such as risk aversion, can directly influence a manager's procurement decisions. With the rapid economic development, there are also diverse consumer behaviors and consumption concepts. In this thesis,we combine the theoretical investigation with the economic hot topic, and investigate the transformation strategies of traditional enterprises under such a business model named sharing economy and the impact of consumer market search behavior on the decisions of members in the supply chain.Firstly,we develop a theoretical model to analyze the choices of one manufacturer about introducing the sharing platform to traditional business field, named P2P(Peer-to-Peer)pattern and OEM-Provide pattern.Considering the uncertainty of market,we also study the risk averse behavior of the manufacturer and discuss the optimal decisions under different conditions. In the next model of the thesis,we select a single product supply chain system, which consists of one manufacturer and two sharing platforms. And then we focus on the impact of a platform's risk aversion on its decision making considering the consumer market search behavior.By the theoretical analysis,we find that the customer market search behavior can promote the platforms' order quantity, for there is probability that two sharing platforms are in short supply. At the same time, the risk-averse attitude will make the platform tend to conservative. For example,a risk-averse platform tends to order more products comparing to a risk-neutral one.So the platform with risk aversion should make a trade-off and we explore the bilateral influence of risk attitude and shortage penalty.
