| China has been a big agricultural country in history,but it is obviously not a strong agricultural country.Since the reform and opening-up,the household contract responsibility system has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers and changed the pattern of China’s rural economic system.However,with the continuous development of market economy,the contradiction between this family production mode and the modernization of agriculture has become increasingly prominent.A large number of empirical analysis has proved that land fragmentation has a negative impact on China’s grain production.China attaches great importance to the development of agricultural modernization,unswervingly follows the road of agricultural industrialization and marketization,and supports the development of new business entities.Agricultural enterprises are the leading force and driving force of agricultural development.Agricultural entrepreneurship is the basis of agricultural modernization and industrialization,leading agricultural enterprises play a leading role in the development of agriculture.Due to the late start of agricultural enterprises in China,there are still some problems in the management of agricultural enterprises.This paper mainly adopts Dupont analysis method,taking Beidahuang Agricultural Co.,Ltd.as an example,to study the performance of agricultural enterprises.Firstly,the company’s business model and business sector are introduced.Beidahuang has been widely involved in multi-industry management.It has suffered from poor management and huge losses in the second and third industries.Based on DuPont’s analysis method,the core of which is net asset profitability,this paper makes use of the relationship between financial indicators to analyze the profitability,operating capacity and debt repayment ability of Beidahuang.At the same time,it carries out horizontal comparative analysis with enterprises in the same industry,so as to find out the deficiencies in the operation of Beidahuang.According to the analysis results,it reflects the main problems existing in the operation of Beidahuang:(1)In the development of the integration of the first,second and third industries of Beidahuang,the industrial and trade real estate industry has seriously affected the overall business performance of enterprises.(2)There are great obstacles to the circulation of inventory in Beidahuang,and there is also a risk of devaluation in the large amount of funds occupied,which is not conducive to the longterm development of enterprises.(3)The lower asset turnover and debt ratio of Beidahuang reveals that Beidahuang is inefficient in the use of funds and adopts a more conservative management strategy,which reduces financial risks.Based on the analysis results of the management performance of Beidahuang,and aiming at the problems existing in the management performance of Beidahuang,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,and provides reference and inspiration for the management and development of the same industry enterprises. |
