Farmers and herdsmen account for 74.4 percent of the total population in Huangnan prefecture of Qinghai province,and because the point view of history condition,economic base and other social reasons and so on,which makes the point view of the third from bottom in the income of farmers and herdsmen in qinghai province,meanwhile income inequality will affect not only point improvement of living standards of farmers and herdsmen and will also affect the development of the overall level of economic point view,under the condition of this,income equity is bound to be inseparable from the adjustment of income redistribution.Therefore,from the perspective of income distribution,this paper analyzes the current economic and social development situation of Huang nan prefecture in Qinghai province on the basis of widely referring to the research of other experts and scholars and the condition that I conduct field research in Huang nan prefecture.Secondly,the status quo of the initial distribution and redistribution of farmers and herdsmen's income and the income distribution gap were evaluated respectively,and the evaluation results were obtained,and the income fairness of farmers and herdsmen was further ranked.Finally,on the basis of real income redistribution system design and improve the level of income of farmers and herdsmen and guaranteed income fair countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the reform of redistribution system in Huangnan prefecture and even Qinghai province,to narrow the income distribution gap and to maintain a reasonable range of income equity.
