With the rapid development of securities market in China,the consulting industry for securities investment has achieved an unprecedented prosperity.Both the number of employees and the market scale has experienced a great expansion over the past ten years.As one of the leading companies in this field,Dalian Huaxun Investment has achieved recognition from many investors based on its “ customer first ” service concept,which has boosted the company’s business and brand power.However,as the stock market continued to slump in 2018,under the increasingly tightened supervision from the regulatory authorities,and with a large number of new consulting companies joining in the securities investment business,the competition in the industry has become excessively fierce.In order to maintain its unique advantages among the competitors,Dalian Huaxun Investment has to improve its current customer relationship management.Through a careful observation on the business mode of Huaxun Investment and based on the author’s own working experience,this paper will introduce the current customer relationship management of Dalian Huaxun Investment.And through a study on the valuable results of the researches on the domestic and international customer relationship management,this paper will further discuss and analyze the existing problems in the customer relationship management of Dalian Huaxun Investment.At present,with backward customer classification management,homogeneous products and services,low customer satisfaction,and unsmooth communication with customers,there are many serious problems existing in Huaxun Investment.From the perspectives of optimizing customer classification,providing more targeted products and services,implementing customer-centric plans,and strengthening interaction with customers,this paper will propose the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the customer relationship management in Dalian Huaxun Investment.Based on the conclusions and results of this paper,on the one hand,it will help Huaxun Investment solve the problems of customer relationship management existing in its business and operation,which has significant value to strengthen the competitiveness of Dalian Huaxun Investment in the industry.On the other hand,this paper will provide reference value to other domestic consulting companies for securities investment,helping them optimize the customer relationship management in the business.
