With the rapid development of China's economy,the release of two-child policy and the outline of China's 2030 health plan,the Postpartum Repair Industry now ushered in a new opportunity for development.HY Mother,a medium-sized postpartum repair enterprise,always has a good reputation and a certain market share in the Hangzhou Maternal Circle.This article takes the postpartum repair center of HY Mother as the research main body,hopes to carry on the optimization analysis to the service marketing of HY mother,provides the reference for the industry as well as the trade to enter the person,through the research is advantageous to summarize the practical experience to the theory level,causes the industry overall income.In this paper,literature research,interview and comparative research method were all made full use.The paper was organized step by step according to the main system of raising,analyzing and solving problems.This paper was composed of six parts which conducted a in-depth research on the optimization of the service and marketing of the postpartum rehabilitation center of HY mother.The first chapter is the general introduction,which mainly introduced and explained the background,the purpose and the significance and research itself in this paper.The second chapter mainly described the current status of the postpartum rehabilitation at home and abroad.In this paper,the research theories such as the service marketing theory,PEST analysis theory,STP positioning theory and SWOT analysis theory all lay a theoretical foundation for the later research on the optimization of service marketing of HY mother's postpartum rehabilitation center.As for the third chapter,it mainly analyzed the marketing environment of the postpartum rehabilitation center of HY mother from the aspects of the macro environment,the industry environment,the SWOT analysis,the STP analysis and so on.In the fourth chapter,taking the basic situation of the postpartum rehabilitation center of HY mother and the current situation of service marketing into consideration,I summarized the problems in the service marketing that were faced by HY mother and analyzed those problems.In the fifth chapter,some effective service marketing optimization strategies were put forward from the aspects of product,price,promotion and the channel construction.The sixth chapter mainly described the implementation steps and the guarantee measures of the optimization strategy of the service marketing of the postpartum rehabilitation center of HY mother.The seventh chapter was the conclusion as well as the expectation.It summarized the research of this paper and generalized the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper.Besides,the future research directions were pointed out according to the shortcomings referred to in this paper.Through the research,this paper hopes to provide new ideas for the managers of the postpartum repair center of HY mother in the aspect of service marketing optimization and help the enterprise to formulate the service marketing strategy more accurately.Although this paper only studies and discusses the postpartum repair center of HY mother,it also has certain reference value and reference significance to the service marketing optimization of the same industry and similar service industry.
