Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Micro Credit Business Development Of Xiangxi Village Bank

With the liberalization of China's policy and the inflow of capital,the current reform of the rural financial system has made great progress,and the level of rural financial services has been greatly improved.However,there is still a big gap between rural financial services and the level of rural economic development.The problem of "difficult loans" for small and micro enterprises in rural areas and rural areas has not been effectively solved,which restricts the development of "three rural" in China.As an important part of the new rural financial institutions,village banks provide a full range of financial services for the development of farmers,agriculture and rural economic development in China.Therefore,in-depth study of small and micro credit in rural banks has important guiding significance for deepening the reform of China's rural financial system.In this paper,the results of the research on the development of small and micro credit in villages and towns at home and abroad are combed with the combination of investigation method and normative analysis,integrated analysis and case study,and the experience of the small and micro credit development of typical village banks in foreign countries is summarized and compared.The main body of the thesis is from the Xiangxi long Bank village bank.Based on the field investigation of the long Bank village bank in Xiangxi,the main problems of the small and micro credit operation in the village bank,the development model,the "small branch of agriculture branch" and the main problems in the process of development are thoroughly studied.The Countermeasures of promoting the development of small and micro credit in village banks are clarified in five aspects,such as the intellectualization of credit information,the popularization of village and town banks,the standardization of the risk mechanism and the systematization of the supporting system.
