Research On A New Service Mode Of Commercial Bank Trade Finance Business

Trade finance is an important business area of commercial banks,is also a combination of the company and retail in two areas of a comprehensive financial services.In recent years,trade finance,especially chain finance,is considered to be an effective financial instrument to solve the financing problem of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,both at the national level and the market level,trade finance business has got a rapid development.A large number of non-bank financial institutions supply chain finance as a tool,small and micro enterprises as the target customer groups,continuous innovate,and gradually have the ability to compete with commercial banks in the field of trade finance.In the face of complex financial environment,fierce competition and decline in profitability,how to open up the field of business and enhance the profitability of commercial banks has become an urgent problem to be solved.The increase of non-performing loan ratio,the intensification of interest rate market and the impact of emerging financial institutions are the three major challenges facing China's commercial banks.This paper based on the theory of trade finance and asset backed securitization,by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,introduces and analysis the innovation of Internet financial companies,commercial factoring companies and traditional supply chain core enterprises in the field of trade finance,especially in ABS.And take this as reference,analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of commercial banks in the development of trade finance,put forward a viewpoint that commercial banks can use their own credit and risk control capabilities,integration of trade financing corporate resources,by means of Asset Securitization,make the trade finance intermediaries and investment banking.Then through the case of Minsheng Bank Anchi ABS series,proves the feasibility of the idea.
