Study On Earnings Management In The Returning Of Chinese Concept Stock

With the economic globalization,Chinese enterprises have chosen to enter overseas securities market financing.At the same time,the domestic capital market situation is significant;the market value of domestic listed companies is much higher than that of similar companies in the stock market.Also,it is similar to the stock market in the United States listed companies in the stock market.Due to frequent shorts in the United States short,financing difficulties,corporate value have long been underestimated.In addition,the supporting of domestic policy,it makes a lot of companies in the choice of privatization,the formation of ?return tide.‘For these reason,I decide to privatize the concept of China in the process of return to the existence of earnings management research.It focuses on the stock companies in the privatization of earnings management before and after the degree.By analyzing the 619 samples of 90 companies,it finds that in order to circumvent the regulation and prevent the attack from shorting institutions,the managers of Chinese firms turned from accrual earnings management to less easy Real earnings management was discovered,and real earnings management increased significantly after the announcement of privatization since 2010.Then I Case analysis of Focus Media found that Focus Media in the privatization announcement before the release of negative earnings management to reduce the cost of privatization of the acquisition.I hope that through the study of earnings management in the returning of the Chinese concept stock,we can standardize the management of medium-sized stock enterprises,which is beneficial to the future development of Chinese Companies.It provides a strong basis for market supervision to protect the interests of medium and small shareholders,capital markets normal operation.
