Since the foundation of Chinese security market from 1990,its operation experience is relatively mature and prefect,compared with that in the 1990 s,it has taken big changes and made outstanding contributions to economic construction in China.With more and more enterprises engage in security business,industrial competition becomes increasingly fierce,which puts higher requirements on security market.This requires security company to actively promote reform and innovation in marketing model,so that it can form higher market competition and occupy much more market share.At present stage,the management revenue of security company mainly focuses on security economy business,the condition of economic business development directly determines enterprise future.Therefore,greatly developing security economy business has key effect on security enterprise.After entering new century,with the popularization of Chinese internet,which has caused obvious effect on security industry market.Under this big background,economy business of security enterprise should actively change business model that it can adapt to times and market,then it can occupy much more market share.Through SWOT analysis matrix and marketing strategy theory,this paper makes a strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of C Business Department of A Securities Company,and comprehensively,objectively and deeply explores the current situation of marketing activities of C Business Department of A Securities Company.Taking A Securities Company C Business Department as the research object,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the marketing environment of its brokerage business,and finds out the main problems in the brokerage business of A Securities Company C Business Department: single product structure;pricing does not have market competitive advantages;backward marketing channels;inadequate promotion means to meet the needs of the new situation;uneven level of personnel business.The division of labor and the structure of departments are unreasonable.Secondly,it subdivides and orientates its brokerage business market.By combining marketing 4P theory and from four aspects of product,channel,price and promotion,it puts forward optimization suggestions on the brokerage business marketing strategy of C Business Department of A Securities Company: choosing differentiated pricing mode;combining various promotion forms;creating differentiated investment products and improving service quality;and combining various promotion forms.Increase business outlets,expand distribution and network sales channels.Finally,the marketing strategies of brokerage business in C Department of A Securities Company are put forward: optimizing the company's organizational structure,doing a good job in human resources management,improving the company's service level and doing a good job in risk control of securities brokerage business.
