With the rapid development of mobile internet,mobile communication provides more convenience to people's life.As a local mobile operator,China Mobile Group Tianjin Corporation also faces new opportunities and challenges under new circumstances.Among those,the development of business customer market is the key to realizing the strategic development goal of China Mobile Group Tianjin Corporation.It is the strategic driving force that the enterprise keeps moving forward,and it is the only way for the enterprise to realize the strategic performance.This paper uses the research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,theoretical research and empirical research,and the combination of multi-disciplinary theory.This paper focuses on analyzing the strategy and performance index system to realize strategic development of China Mobile Group Tianjin Corporation's business customer market.Start with business customer market subdivision and marketing strategy,this paper analyzed the internal environment and external environment of enterprise,dissected the market strategy of business customer,thereby found out the improvement program of market strategy.Then,this paper carried out theoretical research on the construction of performance index system.Finally,this paper combined the performance index system with the business customer market strategy through empirical analysis.The business customer market strategy should be directed by the performance index system.Performance index system,to a certain extent,also monitors and reflects the implementation effect of business client market strategy,and provides a strong basis for the improvement of market strategy.Among them is a relationship of dialectical unity and complement.
