Research On The Design And Application Of Performance Evaluation System Of China’s Private Equity Investment Institutions

With the rapid development of the private equity investment industry,an increasing number of private equity investment institutions have become an inseparable part of China’s financial industry.More and more investors convince that private equity investment can bring huge profits,therefore a large amount of money inflows into funds managed by private equity investment institutions.It is difficult to evaluate the performance level of private equity investment institutions objectively and choose the most optimum private equity investment institutions reasonably,which is the issue that investors are most concerned about.At present,the domestic research on the performance of private equity investment institutions is still at the stage of theoretical and empirical research,and has not yet formed a complete performance evaluation system.This is where the pain points of the majority of private equity investors are located,and it is also the point entry of this article.This article starts with the related concepts of the concept and performance evaluation of private equity investment institutions,introduces the current situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation system of private equity investment institutions in China,and puts forward a design proposal for the performance evaluation system of private equity institutions.From the perspective of investors,this essay designs evaluation indicators that can truly reflect the performance level of private equity investment institutions,and selects private equity investment institutions listed on New OTC Market as samples,comprehensively uses methods such as analytic hierarchy process,factor analysis,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through the performance evaluation system is launched,investors can get a scientific evaluation model to select suitable private equity investment institutions for investment.At the same time,this research not only provides valuable reference for improving the performance management methods of private equity investment institutions but also help to the continuous development and improvement of the performance evaluation system.
