A Study On Agricultural Support Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Yangling Rural Commercial Bank

Yangling Rural Commercial Bank is the first rural commercial bank in Guanzhong District.It was restructured from Yangling Rural Credit Cooperatives.At the same time,it is located in Yangling National Agricultural High-tech Demonstration Zone.It shoulders the support of coordinating urban and rural development in the financial sector and serving the “three rural issues”.The mission of helping small and medium-sized enterprises to develop is also the mission of becoming the main force in the financial market of Yangling Experimental Zone.Yangling Rural Commercial Bank takes the service of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” as the core,intensifies reforms,continuously innovates financial products and services,and gives full play to the demonstration role of the three rural areas in the financial sector in the Yangling demonstration area,which has certain reference significanceBy combing and summarizing the relevant literature,this paper defines the financial efficiency and the efficiency of financial support for agriculture by using the theoretical system of rural financial development theory,financial allocation theory,financial efficiency theory and so on.Taking Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank as an example,this paper studies the financial supply of Yang Ling demonstration area and the current situation and problems of the bank's efficiency in supporting agriculture.On the basis of existing research and existing data,from the two dimensions of input and output,through factor analysis,three common input factors and three common output factors are obtained as input and output indicators.This paper makes an empirical study on the efficiency of supporting agriculture of Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank by using DEA model.The results show that the overall efficiency level of financial support for agriculture of Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank is at a high level,and the scale efficiency is the main reason that affects the comprehensive efficiency of financial support for agriculture of Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank.At the same time,we can not ignore the impact of pure technical efficiency on the efficiency of financial support for agriculture,and give full play to the role of science and technology support.After studying the efficiency and changing trend of financial support for agriculture of Yang Lingnong Commercial Bank,based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of supporting agriculture in rural commercial banks,three common factors are obtained through factor analysis.The Tobit model is used to study the factors affecting the efficiency of financial support for agriculture in Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank.It is found that the ratio of non-performing assets has the greatest impact on the efficiency of supporting agriculture.The non-performing loan ratio affects the asset quality of banks.The lower the asset quality,the lower the efficiency of bank support for agriculture.According to the analysis results of Yang Lingnong Commercial Bank's efficiency of supporting agriculture and its influencing factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of financial supporting agriculture of Yang Ling Rural Commercial Bank from the two dimensions of bank and government.The bank level specifically includes: improving the bank's own operating efficiency,improving the level of rural financial services,and avoiding excessive outflow of funds out of the countryside;the government level specifically includes: the policy is tilted to the agriculture sector to improve the quality of agricultural industry development.We will build a system for the integration and development of the three industries and expand the opening up of the financial industry to the outside world.
