Strategic choice is the reflection of executive's cognition and values,and plays an important role in the construction of enterprise management mode,the improvement of organizational performance and competitive advantage.The discourse in organizational management affects the ideology of each participant in the organization,and ultimately affects the development of the organization.The Internet is of great significance to the development of enterprises.The future development of enterprises will inevitably be related to the Internet.In the competitive industry of the Internet,Alibaba has maintained a leading position in the domestic market and has a certain position and influence in the international market.As a representative of Internet enterprises,Alibaba's development process is representative and typical,and its strategic layout has risen to the height of national strategy.Ma Yun is the strategist of Alibaba.His cognition permeates Alibaba's strategy.At the same time,as an innovator of digital economy,Ma Yun's idea is highly praised by entrepreneurs and is a typical representative of Chinese entrepreneurs.Taking the words of local enterprises Alibaba and its leader Ma Yun as the research object,this paper explores the enterprise strategic decision-making mechanism based on leadership incumbency,which has a certain reference for other Chinese enterprises.In the field of leadership cognition,the influence of cognition on strategic behavior is carried out on the premise of limited rationality.Researchers study the influence of leadership cognition on strategy from cognitive flexibility,cognitive complexity,attention focus and meaning construction respectively,but they have not deeply analyzed the internal mechanism of four aspects.The close relationship between has not been paid enough attention and systematically studied.This study combines linguistic research methods to build a corpus,and uses grounded analysis to analyze the discourse of Alibaba business leaders,to explore the mechanism of corporate strategic decision-making from the cognitive perspective.By collecting Ma Yun's corpus from 2008 to 2017,this paper uses grounded analysis method to get Ma Yun's cognitive categories.Based on this,combining with discourse analysis method,this paper explores how these categories are reflected in the process of strategic decision-making through cognition,deeply studies the internal mechanism of cognitive flexibility,cognitive complexity,attention focus and meaning construction.At the same time,this paper analyses cognition from a macro perspective.Finally,this paper draws a conclusion :macroscopically,cognitive flexibility,cognitive complexity,attention focus and meaning construction affect corporate strategy respectively,and the overall order of action is: cognitive flexibility-cognitive complexity-attention focus-meaning construction;From the micro perspective,the mechanisms of cognitive flexibility,cognitive complexity,attention focus,meaning construction and strategy are: flexible consciousness-flexible will-self-efficacy,cognitive integration-cognitive integration,attention-coding-explanation-focus,gap-concept-constructionapplication.The conclusion reveals the inherent operating mechanism of cognitive flexibility,cognitive complexity,attention focus and meaning construction from the microcosmic point of view.At the same time,it integrates the close relationship among them from the macroscopic point of view.The results of the study complement and improve the existing research in theory,more systematically understand the relationship between cognition and strategy,and provide strong reference and guidance for leaders to formulate strategies in reality.
