China's past banking system has restricted the development of China's financial industry and even the entire national economy.The establishment of community banks has effectively solved the above problems and realized the innovation of financial concepts,financial services and financial structure.Establishing community banks is the inevitable result of financial market competition and diversified financial needs,and is also the development and reform direction of banking and financial industry in the future.It is of great significance to balance economic and social benefits,meet the daily financial needs of urban and rural residents,and enhance the comprehensive benefits of banks.Having figured out the ideas presented in the existing literature,in this article we take the community bank of Hangzhou Branch affiliated to X Bank as the research object,carrying out the investigation of data analysis on its marketing strategy study and current performances of all community banks with the application of the marketing theory.Firstly,the investigation was carried out on both the basic situation and marketing status of the community bank of Hangzhou Branch of X Bank,deeply in four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion,indicating problems exist there such as inequality among counties or districts,weak base and unreasonable structure of users,low recognition of high-end private customers,weak profitability,poor customer experience and uneven comprehensive ability of marketing staff.Secondly,the analysis was focused on the macro-environment,competitive environment and market environment faced to the community bank of Hangzhou Branch of X Bank.In view of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the community bank of Hangzhou Branch of X Bank,SWOT method is adopted to make a comprehensive analysis with regard to the community bank of Hangzhou Branch of X Bank.This paper puts forward some marketing strategies which are beneficial to the development of the community bank at the present stage,including the finer target market segmentation and the right market positioning.Eventually,we worked out the optimization scheme of marketing strategy of Hangzhou Branch of X Bank,with the inclusion of picking more kinds of financial products onto the line,speeding up mobile-end financial products onto the line,improving customer convenience,strengthening the communication with customer and promoting marketing of different industry alliance,etc.for the purpose of realization of the sustainable development of Hangzhou Bran of X Bank.
