Research On The Asset Liability Management For Leasing Company Based On Asset Backed Securitization

In recent years,under the favorable environment of incentive policy and market promotion,leasing companies have developed rapidly in China and plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the real economy.Through the rational use of financial instruments to improve the flexibility and effectiveness of the leasing company's assets and liabilities management possesses research significance,which is also the field of this paper.This paper analyzes the demand and predicament of asset-liability management of leasing company by combining theory with case study,and analyzes the mechanism of asset securitization on Asset-Liability Management of leasing company.This paper mainly introduces how leasing companies use asset securitization products to manage assets and liabilities from the theoretical level,elaborates the business development process and risk control measures in detail;selects a financial leasing company to issue a case of phenotypic asset securitization as the focus of this paper,and analyzes in detail the selection and transaction of basic assets.Structural arrangement,risk control measures and other links,and analysis and evaluation of the implementation effect.Then it analyzes the problems existing in the asset securitization market of leasing companies in China,and puts forward some market suggestions.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case study,this paper holds that leasing companies can meet the operational needs of asset-liability management by applying asset securitization to realize the presentation of risky assets,improve asset liquidity,broaden the sources of liabilities,adjust the term structure of liabilities,and reduce the ratio of assets to liabilities.The basic process and risk control measures for business development are described.
