| Since the 21 st century,with the acceleration of globalization process,global competition,product life cycle shortening,improve customer satisfaction and other factors led to more and more attention to supply chain management.supply chain management has also attract the academic attention.Supply chain enterprises increase cooperation,reduce costs and improve the quality of the product.At the same time,natural disasters,terrorist attacks,political turmoil also increased supply chain vulnerability,the supply chain disruption occurred frequently,the risk of the occurrence of the supply chain has brought huge losses.You can see the seriousness of the supply chain disruption,a variety of factors led to frequent supply chain disruptions.In order to solve a variety of emergencies caused by the supply chain disruption,supply chain member companies must take measures to interrupt repair.Supply chain disruption attracts more and more attention by academia and enterprises.The problem of supply chain disruption is mainly focused on the spillover effect of supply chain disruption,the problem of interruption and repair of single node,rarely stop at the perspective of the whole supply chain Based on this.this paper uses the cellular automata simulation model to study the interruption of the supply chain in the case of interruption after the occurrence of the interruption,so that the whole supply chain recovery effect is the best.(1)This paper first summarizes the key factors that affect the recovery effect of the supply chain,including the complexity of the supply chain structure,the existence of the core enterprise,the government and social support,the information sharing among the members of the supply chain,Cooperation,the amount of resources to interrupt the investment.From the supply chain members of information sharing,trust and cooperation between the size of the development of a recovery strategy.(2)Two typical supply chain structures are selected: chain supply chain and mesh supply chain.The selected factors are quantitatively analyzed,and the values of the individual parameters are set to discrete.Three kinds of recovery strategies are developed:Independent recovery strategy,overall recovery strategy,local recovery strategy.By setting up the cellular automata model,the time T,the initial state of the enterprise andthe initial resource input are analyzed,and the influence of the input of the interruption of the supply chain on the recovery effect.(3)Based on the above analysis,the recovery strategy is expanded to five:aggressive,positive,prudent,cautious,conservative,and each parameter is set to random type which conforms to the normal distribution.Considering the influence of the existence of the core enterprise on the recovery effect.By changing the input of resources,the difference of government and social support,the performance of supply chain in different situations is obtained.The analysis data show that the chain supply chain and the mesh supply chain can be found under the same conditions,Chain supply chain can be restored to a better state,and the consumption of resources is relatively small.The mesh supply chain because the structure is relatively complex,need to spend more resources to interrupt repair.On the other hand,after the supply chain is interrupted,the support and scope of the government and the society depends on the amount of resources invested in the supply chain,and find the strategy of minimizing the cost and returning to the best. |
