The transformation and upgrading of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises is one of the important tasks in the development of our country.This paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign refining industry development,and summarizes the existing challenges of the existing overcapacity of refinery capacity,the pressure of environmental protection,the rapid development of alternative energy and natural gas chemical industry to traditional petroleum refining and chemical industry and some other problems.Starting from the angle of oil upgrading,a new prediction model of mixed gasoline octane value is established on the basis of Zahad model.Through a large number of oil blending experiments and Matlab software,the model parameters are fitted.The variance of the new model is 0.99,the dispersion is 0.10.The accuracy of the model is relatively high,taking into account the influence of sensitivity on the harmonization,with scientificity and accuracy.The construction of the model is of practical significance for upgrading gasoline quality.Then,through the inquiry into the upgrading of diesel oil processing in a refinery,it is concluded that hydrogenation is an important means of diesel upgrading at the present stage.The enterprises should appropriately increase the hydrogenation and hydrocracking capacity of diesel,in order to cope with the inferior quality of diesel raw materials and upgrade the quality of diesel oil.Finally,through the analysis of the upgrading and upgrading of two refineries,the following suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems in the oil refining industry in China: first,for the devices with low crude oil processing capacity such as 1 million tons / years(including),it should be combined with the characteristics of the equipment to carry out the excavation modification or elimination,and the two is to encourage the construction of optimized gasoline.Devices such as alkylation are used to reduce the proportion of catalytic gasoline in the gasoline pool in China,and three,by using the light components containing C6 in the catalytic reforming feedstock or using the wax oil hydrocracking to increase the production of light naphtha,the technology and quality of diesel oil,such as diesel deep hydrodesulfurization(RTS)technology,are used to improve the quality of the diesel oil and the quality of the oil.In order to achieve high efficiency and low cost to reduce the ratio of wood and steam,the four is to carefully increase the proportion of large-scale integrated refineries,and use the decompressed gas oil and / or normal pressure residue through catalytic cracking,producing more olefins and aromatics to alleviate the shortage of light oil in chemical industry.
