Since the word "gamification" was gradually valued in 2010,the great potential of gamification began to be tapped.Current studies have found that both internal and external incentive mechanisms of game and game design elements are effective for human behavior and performance.However,for team work,which is more and more valued nowadays,team emotion are always a factor that directly affects decision-making performance,so how to improve the emotional atmosphere is a major problem that enterprises often face in team tasks.As a direct goal of team work,decision-making performance,the use of game design elements to achieve incentive effect is also the focus of this study.Based on the above problems,this paper aims to construct a conceptual model of the influence of game design elements on decision-making performance by analyzing and researching the relationship between game design elements and team emotional atmosphere and decision-making performance.Considering the indispensability of leadership in team work,this paper takes leadership style as a moderating variable and constructs a conceptual model of the influence of game design elements on decision-making performance.The significance of game design elements for enhancing team emotional atmosphere and improving decision-making performance.So the purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the two most basic elements of many game elements through experiments,the influence of badges and leaderboards on team emotions,and the moderating role of leadership style;the role of badges and leaderboards on decision-making satisfaction and the mediating role of team emotions.In this study,game design elements(badges and leaderboards)and leadership style(democratic and command)were selected as control variables,and team score and decision satisfaction were taken as dependent variables.The subjects selected 180 students from Xidian University in China,and randomly divided them into three groups for team tasks.Through the analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The emotional atmosphere of the badge group and leaderboard group was higher than that of the control group without game design elements,and the team scores and decision satisfaction of the badge group and leaderboard group were higher than those of the control group.2.Leadership style plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between game design elements and team emotional atmosphere.3.The badges and leaderboards influence the satisfaction of decision-making by influencing the sense of fairness in team emotional atmosphere.The results of this study have positive significance for the study of the internal influence mechanism of game design elements on emotions and decision satisfaction.At the same time,according to the conclusion of this paper,it is suggested that enterprise managers should apply game design elements to the problems of team emotions and decision satisfaction,which is an important assistant means to accomplish team tasks.
