At the present stage,all commercial banks combine the needs of their own credit review business activities to carry out staff training activities effectively in time,which reflects that bank managers have realized that the scientific implementation of human resources management activities is an important way to support the credit business.In the activities of human resources management,the scientific construction of performance appraisal system can adjust the performance appraisal indicators according to the needs of credit review work,so as to ensure the enthusiasm of employees to participate in the business activities of credit review.At the same time,according to the changes of performance appraisal indicators,we can pay more attention to the operational ability of risk management and control,so that the personal qualities of post staff can better support the development of credit review business.In recent years,the operation of YC Bank has developed rapidly,and the intensity of the post of credit review has also increased.The managers of YC Bank have paid more attention to the post of credit review.The importance of staff training and other activities has also been emphasized in the human resources management system.However,there are some problems in the process of credit review job performance appraisal activities.If we can not improve the performance appraisal system in time with the specific situation of credit review job activities,then the enthusiasm of employees will be difficult to guarantee.However,because of the great pressure of the credit review post,the staff turnover rate will increase if the scientific incentive system is not constructed,which will hinder the development of the credit review business activities of YC Bank,and also can not support the development of comprehensive risk management and control work of banks.In view of the above background,this paper will combine the deficiencies of YC bank credit review post performance appraisal at the present stage,design the performance appraisal mode of performance appraisal review post,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.Hope to solve the deficiencies of YC bank credit review post staff performance appraisal work at this stage,and use the scientific performance appraisal system to improve the enthusiasm of credit review post staff.The first part of this paper puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this research based on the research background,and summarizes the research status of experts and scholars at home and abroad;The second part introduces the concept of credit review and performance appraisal,and provides necessary theoretical support for this paper by employee incentive and performance appraisal theory induction.The third part is the credit review post of YC Bank at this stage.This paper introduces the related work of YC,and summarizes the existing problems in the development of credit review post business activities at this stage,including the lack of construction of diversified performance appraisal indicators at this stage,the inability to achieve the positive impact of employee incentives,etc.The fourth part redesigns the current YC bank credit review post performance appraisal scheme and clarifies the original performance appraisal.The fifth part puts forward the safeguard measures of YC bank credit review post performance appraisal from the aspects of information system construction and system management,hoping to better support the effective development of credit review post performance appraisal activities.Part one is the conclusion of this study,which summarizes the research viewpoints and puts forward the future research directions.
