N Pharmaceutical Company is the best biopharmaceutical company in the world.It is also the leader in the designing,development and production of insulin for diabetes.In this article,the marketing strategy of insulin products of N company in China market is analyzed and some suggestions are delivered.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of Chinese insulin products in the Chinese market,including the current market competition situation and customer demand.In view of the current market competition situation,N company needs to seek sustainable development in China,and needs to solve two core issues.(1)How to maintain the leading position in the diabetes market in the fierce competition environment,win back the market share of insulin(2)How to improve the diagnosis and treatment rate of diabetes,and turn potential customers into real customers.Based on such problems and solving such problems,this paper further analyses the current marketing strategy of insulin from product,price,channel and promotion channel.It is considered that the current marketing strategy of N Company is feasible to upgrade products and educate patients.In order to solve the two core problems,it is still necessary to develop new insulin,reduce costs and improve strategic cooperation.In addition,the marketing in the field of medicine has its unique features,strengthening academic promotion,using big data to establish the whole course of diabetes management platform and system,through APP and tertiary hospitals to the grass-roots hospitals to establish a complete clinical doctor education system,establish grass-roots patient monitoring and management,realize the vision of changing diabetes,enhance the popularity and reputation of N company.
