Experimental Research On Self-enhancement Mechanism Of Enterprise Financial System Efficiency

The corporate financial system is passively accepted by employees,and the phenomenon of "executing employees" is widespread.The select ive implementation of the system has greatly harmed the efficiency of the financial system of the enterprise,directly increasing the cost of inte mal and external supervision and auditing.This paper is devoted to the study of the micro-resolving mechanism of the problem that the enterp rise financial system is selectively implemented and the problem of "ali enation" is generated in the process of implementation.This research is to conduct experimental research in a real enterprise environment.This paper uses institutional economics theory,organizes civic behavior theory and mechanism design theory,and uses experimental research methods to verify the impact of self?reinforcing mechanism on the efficiency of corporate financial system.Through experimental research,it is found that:(1)The establishme nt of the financial system of the enterprise is the result of the cooperative game between the designer,the executor and the beneficiary.The executor understands and agrees with the system by participating in the system design,which will promote the compliance of its financial behavior,and has the will and motivation to continuously improve and improve the system;(2)The self-reinforcing mechanism can make up for the in completeness of the system itself and solve the problem of incentive slack Employees are involved in institutional design,and the system is lin ked to their own interests,stimulating employees to continuously optimize the system;(3)The design and implementation of the system must be coupled with the specific institutional environment of the enterprise,and good adaptability can ensure that the self-reinforcing mechanism is better.Promote the efficiency of the system.
