Research On The High-quality Development Of County Economy In Hebei Province

As an important part connecting urban and rural areas,county economy plays an important role in the economic development of Hebei Province.In recent years,the county economic development of Hebei Province has achieved great results.However,on the whole,there are still some problems such as insufficient development degree and uncoordinated industrial structure.Therefore,based on the new development concept,this thesis studies the high-quality development of county economy in Hebei Province.This thesis tries to promote the development of county economy in Hebei Province and accelerate the construction of the new socialist countryside and the moderately well-off society.Firstly,this thesis defines the connotation of county economy and high-quality development of county economy,and studies gradient transfer theory and other theories related to this study.Secondly,on the basis of the overview of county economy development in Hebei Province and the new concept of development,this thesis constructs the index system of high-quality development of county economy in Hebei Province.The system includes 6 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators.Then,this thesis evaluates the high-quality development of county economy in 2017 in Hebei Province with the help of factor analysis method and cluster analysis method.The 121 counties in Hebei Province are divided into 4 levels by factor analysis.Location and industry are greatly different in different levels of the counties.The coordination of development needs to be improved.There are big differences between different regions and the development of the same region is uneven in different aspects.At the same time,11 prefecture-level cities are divided into three categories.By cluster analysis,121 counties are divided into 6 categories.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of county economy development in Hebei Province,so as to provide some reference value for the development of county economy in various regions.
