The rapid development of online short-rent platforms has brought people a new experience,and has also generated a large number of comments,which describe the advantages or disadvantages of the house with the direct experience of the residents.People who choose accommodation in travel will also more or less refer to the relevant evaluation.In the network environment,there is a lot of comment information,people always want to get the information they need quickly and effectively and find a satisfactory house when they face these mass reviews.Further analysis of the data can help users quickly determine whether the house meets their needs.Among the short-term rental platforms,Tujia,Pig and Airbnb,ants have developed well.Based on the ranking of online short-rent platforms published by Internet Week,the article selects Tujia,the first one,to get 17973 pieces of data and after the data cleaning,a total of 10285 valid data were left.By constructing decommissioning thesaurus and customizing thesaurus for text segmentation of comment data,feature words are extracted,and it is concluded that users mainly pay attention to four kinds of factors:room interior environment,room facilities,landlord service and surrounding environment when selecting a house source.Based on this,feature sentences are extracted and emotional analysis is made.First,emotional words are used to analyze comment's emotional polarity.Secondly,the affective polarity analysis is done by the combination of affective dictionary and naive Bayesian model.The comparative study shows that affective classification based on affective dictionary and naive Bayesian is more effective.Therefore,the latter is used for further analysis.According to the classification of Tujia's net,the data in the paper are divided into seven categories:loft duplex,villa singleton,serviced apartment,inn,farmhouse,ordinary apartment,quadrangles.In the seven categories of residential accommodation,farmhouse,villa single room and ordinary apartments have a higher favorable rate,while quadrangles,inns and serviced apartments have a relatively low favorable rate,especially in the area of room facilities in quadrangles,it has the lowest favorable rate.In general,the surrounding environment has the highest favorable rate,room facilities and room interior environment's favorable rate is the lowest.Negative comment mainly concentrated in the stinky house,old furniture,room sound insulation,air conditioning can not be used,poor hygiene five aspects.To this end,the article puts forward some suggestions,such as quadrangle,inn and serviced apartment should be strengthened in four aspects,especially quadrangle,which should be improved in both room facilities and room environment.Users can pay more attention to room facilities and interior environment when traveling.
