The foreign baking industry has a long history of development,but the history of entering China is not long.With the improvement of people's quality of life,Western-style baked goods have gradually entered the people's life,and the baking industry is gradually growing.At the same time,the capital market has begun to pay attention to the modern baking industry.In recent years,several baking companies have successfully listed,which indicates The baking industry is maturing.However,the operation mode of domestic large-scale baking enterprises is mainly "central factory+direct chain stores",supplemented by online sales,which has large operating costs,large investment capital,high risk,and the baking industry belongs to the traditional industry.Its road to market is even more difficult.Therefore,the baking companies with the listing plan need to prepare early,understand the value of the enterprise through the enterprise value assessment,and understand the gap between the enterprise itself and the target enterprise.Through certain analysis,the internal management problems are found,and finally the enterprise value promotion strategy is found according to the problem,paving the way for a successful listing.This paper takes the QJSP enterprise with listing intention as the research object,evaluates the enterprise value,and proposes the enterprise value promotion strategy according to the actual situation of the enterprise.First of all,the article introduces the relevant background meaning of the topic and the literature review of domestic and foreign scholars,and expounds the methods of enterprise value assessment and enterprise value evaluation.Secondly,it introduces the development status and industry status of QJSP enterprise.The financial status determines the necessity of evaluating the enterprise value of QJSP enterprises.According to the characteristics of the enterprise,the EVA valuation model is used to evaluate the value and calculate the results.At the same time,the value-driven model created by foreign scholar is used to analyze the influencing factors of enterprise value;Finally,according to the influencing factors,the enterprise value promotion strategy is proposed,which is divided into three aspects:optimizing operational decision,optimizing investment decision,and optimizing financing decision.It is hoped that through the analysis and research of the thesis,the enterprise value of the QJSP enterprise can be truly improved,and the road to listing is more flat.At the sametime,it is hoped that through the study of individual cases,it will provide reference and reference for the development of non-listed baking enterprises in China.
