Research On Financial Risks Prevention Of Transnational Mergers And Acquisitions Of Chinese Enterprises

At present,China is in the stage of economic development and prosperity.In response to the development concept under the new normal of the country,more and more domestic enterprises are constantly developing new market resources and optimizing them in the world.With the allocation of resources,Chinese companies have opened a new chapter in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.Along with the implementation of China's "going out" and "One Belt,One Road" overall layout,cross-border mergers and acquisitions are opportunities for Chinese enterprises,but also face many challenges.In China's special environment,including the economic environment and political background,Chinese enterprises will have great differences in the process of mergers and acquisitions with foreign companies.Enterprises must always be vigilant,in terms of culture background,political situation,exchange rate fluctuations.It can be said that there are often huge risks behind the spectacular mergers and acquisitions,etc.Under the influence of uncontrollable factors,there are always risks.It can be said that there are always risks behind the mergers and acquisitions of scenery.Therefore Chinese enterprises need to raise awareness of risk prevention and strengthen these risks when conducting cross-border mergers and acquisitions.Because in the process of mergers and acquisitions,there will be a lot of large-value capital transactions,there are many unpredictable risks such as exchange rate changes,financial risks will run through the whole process of mergers and acquisitions,we should focus on financial risks.This paper intends to use the case study method and literature research method to study the various types of risks that the enterprise may encounter in the process of merger and acquisition,and the various types of risks it can take in preventing these risks through the in-depth analysis of the case of Lenovo's acquisition of Motorola.Countermeasures,but also for the various types of risks it can take in preventing these risks and problems associated with Lenovo's preventive measures,and draw corresponding recommendations.It is hoped that through the analysis and research of this case,Chinese enterprises can recognize the risks in mergers and acquisitions and pay attention to financial risks,thereby increasing the chances of successful cross-border mergers and acquisitions.I hope that I can make some contributions to the implementation of overseas M&A blueprints for Chinese companies.
