| China's machinery manufacturing industry,known as the "mother of industry",is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.At present,although our country has established a perfect machinery manufacturing system,but because of the late start,the foundation is thin,it is faced with such problems as product quality and technology level is not high,production technology is backward and the cost is difficult to control.With the continuous development of society and the improvement of people's living standard,the personalized needs of the public are more and more intense,and the industry competition is increasingly fierce.In this context,how to maintain the production and operation capacity of enterprises,to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises in the market is an urgent problem to be solved.As an important part of enterprise financial management,working capital is the blood that runs through every link of enterprise production and operation.In the increasingly fierce competition today,enterprises want to maintain a certain competitiveness in the global integration of the market development,it is necessary to constantly pay attention to and optimize the flow of the status of the enterprise's working capital.As the main tool of modern enterprise operation and management,the combination of value chain and working capital management helps to promote the enterprise to realize the goal of value maximization.Working capital management based on value chain can combine working capital management theory and value chain theory,so that from the perspective of the enterprise as a whole,more comprehensive research and integration of enterprise working capital management,so as to help achieve the goal of enterprise production and operation.This paper selects Z machinery manufacturing enterprises in chong qing as the case study object,combines the value chain theory and working capital management theory,and analyzes the working capital management status of Z company from the perspective of the internal value chain and the external value chain.Firstly,from the perspective of internal value chain,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Z company's working capital management in procurement,production and sales;Secondly,from the perspective of external value chain,the paper analyzes the problems of the working capital of suppliers and customers.At the same time,through horizontal comparison with similar excellent enterprises L company,Z company can be more appropriate to identify the current working capital management deficiencies.Through the research,this paper finds that Z company currently has the following problems: From the perspective of the internal value chain,the purchasing link excessively occupies the funds of suppliers,the input-output efficiency of the production link is low,and the inventory of finished products in the sales link is too large.From the perspective of the external value chain,the upstream supplier management system is not perfect and the collection speed of receivables in the customer link declines.Finally,according to the industry characteristics and specific situations of Z company,the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed for the problems in each link.In the aspect of the internal value chain,it should make rational use of accounts payable and improve the management system of accounts payable,improve the management level of enterprises to improve the input-output efficiency of production,strengthen the sales market forecast and innovate the inventory management mode.In terms of external value chain,establishing strategic alliance with suppliers and improving the supplier management system,improving the receivables collection efficiency and improving the receivables management system.In order to provide reference and reference for Z company to optimize working capital management,and enrich the case study of working capital management of Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of value chain. |
