With the continuous improvement and development of China's socialist market economy,small and micro enterprises provide a large number of social employment opportunities,which is an important part of the socialist market economy.In recent years,due to the comprehensive influence of low management level of employees and information asymmetry,the financing problem of small and micro enterprises has always been unsolvable.How to ensure the safety of loans when serving small and micro enterprises?The key of this problem is to build a credit risk evaluation system of small and micro enterprises which is in line with their own characteristics.This paper takes bank J as the research object and combines the existing enterprise credit evaluation system of bank J to design a set of small and micro enterprise credit risk evaluation index system.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and so on.Secondly,it introduces the theory of credit risk and how to define small and micro enterprises to lay a theoretical foundation for the following paper.Thirdly,describe the problems of credit risk assessment of small and micro enterprises in bank J.Fourthly,from the level of qualitative and quantitative indicators,select four dimensions of operation and management,sustainable development,guarantee and early warning information,and finance to build an indicator system of credit risk evaluation for small and micro enterprises.Finally,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the credit risk evaluation system of small and micro enterprises,and put forward improvement measures.
