In the current economic background,many new economy companies are facing increasing financing difficulties.The current industrial chain is becoming longer and longer,and the upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain are often small and medium-sized enterprises.The credit line is small.Risks will spread through the industry chain,which will affect the entire industry chain.In March 2017,multiple departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Construction of a Financially Supporting Manufacturing Power",stating that the financial sector should focus on supporting technological innovation and transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries,diversifying financing channels for technology-intensive and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Encouraged by national policies,companies have begun to try to alleviate financing problems through the securitization of financial assets in the supply chain.This article selects the first project since the state supported the supply chain finance of new economy enterprises-"CITIC Securities-Xiaomi No.1 Supply Chain Account Payable Asset Support Special Plan",which provides new funding channels for relevant suppliers Not only promote the coordinated development of various types of enterprises and suppliers in the industrial chain,but also help the progress of the new economy manufacturing industry.This article first transitions from the theoretical basis of supply chain finance and asset securitization to the ABS of supply chain finance,describes in detail the special plan for Xiaomi's supply chain financial assets and its operating process,and analyzes the transaction structure and asset pool of the special plan.Account receivables,etc.,and propose targeted solutions and risk mitigation measures for the problems and risks in the Xiaomi supply chain financial asset support plan,explore the development trend of supply chain financial asset securitization,and help the new economy.Enterprises provide some reference,and at the same time provide new ideas for asset securitization.
