with the gradual acceleration of the process of world economic integration,the external environment of enterprises has changed greatly,and the competition between enterprises has become more and more fierce with the economic change.How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises themselves and obtain the maximum value under such a background has become an inevitable problem for each company.In this environment,optimizing enterprise performance management is a necessary condition for enterprises to stand or even stand out in competition.How to establish an effective company management system and use the balanced scorecard to establish and form a scientific and reasonable performance index system is not only the need of each major enterprise company to realize the development of modern management,but also the key to success in the fierce market competition.Armament military enterprises are an important part of state-owned enterprises in China,and their performance assessment methods and contents evolve with the change of internal and external environment.The emphasis of assessment has gradually developed from"production management" in the early years of the century to "value management" today.The establishment of a set of scientific performance evaluation system,by which to guide the development of the company’s long-term core competitiveness,optimize internal management,promote the realization of the company’s strategic objectives,for the company’s next round of development and other issues have far-reaching significance.QH company is a state-owned military enterprise under the northern special energy group of china’s weapons group.The old traditional financial evaluation system of the enterprise leads to the company can not adapt to the fierce competitive environment in the market.This paper introduces qh company by combining theoretical research with case study,analyzes the existing performance evaluation system of qh company and finds out the disadvantages and shortcomings,and hopes to design a special and scientific performance evaluation method for qh company through understanding the balanced score card,and to provide some reference and reference for practical application and promotion.
