Researches On Production Scheduling Optimization Of PVC Profile Workshop

Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of manufacturing level and the increasingly serious homogeneity between products due to the competition between manufacturing industries is becoming more and more intense,if enterprises want to highlight their advantages in the fierce competiton,they must improve their competitiveness by means of timely delivery and cost saving.Moreover,the increasing demand of customers for individualized and diversified products has also directly led to the transformation of manufacturing production mode,the mode of production has changed from the traditional mass production of single variety or few varieties to the multi-variety and small batch production,enterprises need to adopt scientific and reasonable methods to optimize production scheduling,make scientific and reasonable production scheduling schemes to ensure that production tasks can be completed as soon as possible within the delivery time stipulated by customers,so as to enhance the credibility of enterprises in front of customers and thus enhance the status of enterprises.As the key to enhance the credibility and competitiveness of enterprises,production scheduling is of great siginificance to its optimization.In this paper,the production scheduling problem of workshop in enterprise A engaged in PVC profile manufacturing is taken as the reaserch object,the research is mainly carried out from the following aspects:(1)Firstly,carry out the indeed investigation of the production workshop to find out the unreasonable factors in the production scheduling process,for example,there are some shortcomings in scheduling based on experience,such as long time,low efficiency,poor accuracy,etc.Workers can not reasonably allocate production resources to production equipment from the perspective of overall optimization;(2)Analyze the unreasonable factors,propose improvement plan and set the earliest target of completion time;(3)According to the earliest optimization target of completion time,construct the relevant mathematical model,and select the three-level heuristic algorithm according to the actual production needs;(4)Analyze the functional requirements of the production scheduling optimization system,design structure of the system Excel table,use VBA programming language to design the production scheduling optimization system that meets the actual production needs of enterprises,to provide a reference scheme for enterprises to carry out production tasks in the form of intuitive characteristic task table and Gantt chart view,which greatly improves the efficiency of production scheduling and achieves the optimization objectives of enterprises.
