Tourism host-guest interaction is an important factor that affects the satisfaction of tourists during the tour process.In the era of emotional marketing,how to enhance the emotional connection between tourists and local residents,and the whole process of paying attention to the emotional experience of tourists has become a major challenge that the industry must face.This research focuses on Jinan,a spring community formed by the spatial pattern,street direction,and human life fully integrated with spring.The social distance is subdivided into intimacy and escape two dimensions.The three-dimensional intermediary variables of the degree of welcome,through the construction of a structural equation model,examine the effect mechanism of each subdivision dimension of tourist social distance on their behavioral intentions.The results of the study show that:the dimensions of social distance have different degrees of influence on the subdivision dimension of emotional cohesion;the dimensions of social distance and the subdivision dimensions of emotional cohesion have different effects on behavior intention;The adjustment effect of time distance on the relationship between social distance and emotional cohesion,emotional cohesion and behavioral intention is not significant;tourists with different behavioral intention types have differences in perception of social distance and emotional cohesion;according to spatial distance and temporal distance,tourists can be divided into Different Types.This suggests that we should take multiple measures to avoid the tendency of tourists to avoid contact with local residents due to factors such as different social status,cultural background,partition,biological characteristics,and systems,and reduce the perceived social distance of tourists.Innovate marketing strategies and build formal ethical constraints to guide mutual understanding and respect between the host and guest,and ultimately cultivate the proactive host-guest interaction formed by the emotional needs.Root hospitality culture,cultivate enthusiasm,friendly attitude and hospitality behavior,and enhance the perceived popularity of tourists.In the future,we should continue to expand the antecedent variables of emotional cohesion variables,and in-depth study measures to improve the emotional connection between tourists and local residents.
