Research On The Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of China’s Health Industry Based On Diamond Model

ObjectiveBased on the current situation of the development of China’s health industry,this study builds an evaluation system for the competitiveness of the health industry,and evaluates the competitiveness of China’s health industry based on the perspective of industry research.Therefore,it is of great significance to select the appropriate evaluation index and carry out scientific evaluation of the competitiveness of the health industry.This paper analyzes and studies the competitiveness of China’s health industry on the theoretical basis of the diamond model,in order to help consumers improve their ability to choose medical and health services,secondly,to help medical institutions to improve their brand competitiveness and operational ability,and to provide a basis for the scientific evaluation of government departments.Method(1)Literature Research LawThrough the research and analysis of the relevant literatures of the health industry at home and abroad,the contents and evaluation methods of the health industry at home and abroad are combed and summarized.Clarify the current situation of research and definition of related concepts in the health industry,and provide theoretical support for the research of this subject.(2)Time Series Global Main Component Analysis MethodBecause the data of this study is panel data,using the time series global main component analysis method,the multi-indicator into a few independent main components,through the selection of several time points to achieve the purpose of the main component extraction of the entire time period,to ensure the unity of the results,the use of SPSS and EXCEL to achieve the main component analysis,the construction of competitiveness comprehensive evaluation model.(3)Comparative analysisAccording to the comprehensive evaluation of competitiveness,the f-value is analyzed from the time fluctuation trajectory and the structure of space development,and the level of health industry development in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in 2015-2019,and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of health industry in different regions.(4)Cluster analysis methodClustering is used to measure the similarity between different data sources,to classify data sources into different clusters,starting from sample data.In this paper,the competitiveness score of 31 provinces obtained by the analysis of the global main component of time series is divided horizontally according to the analysis method of the global main component of time series.Research Content(1)Related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper introduces the concepts related to the health industry involved in the paper,as well as the development and application of diamond models,analyzes and summarizes the research theory of existing diamond models,and determines the model suitable for the evaluation of the competitiveness of China’s health industry in the light of the development of China’s health industry.(2)The construction of the evaluation system for the competitiveness of the healthindustry.According to the diamond model,the index construction and level design are carried out on the basis of the principle of scientific,systematic,objective,and accessible indicators,and the evaluation system consisting of 5 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 11 tertiary indicators,including the number of health personnel,the number of fixed assets for health and social work in various regions,the number of beds in health institutions,the number of medical and health institutions,the number of per capita gdp,the consumption expenditure of health care,the number of mobile Internet users,the number of basic insurance insurance,the number of basic insurance insurance,The health industry evaluation index system,including the density of the hospital,the financial subsidy of the government medical and health institutions and the number of three patents granted.(3)Evaluation of the competitiveness of the health industry.Based on the research sample of the development of health industry in 2015-2019 in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions),the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model is constructed by the time series global main component analysis method,and on this basis,the competitiveness evaluation of the competitiveness of different regions and the same region series of competition is carried out from the three aspects of the main component analysis,spatial development structure analysis and time development structure analysis.ResultsOn the whole,China’s health industry is developing rapidly,the overall development trend is steadily rising,is currently in the health industry’s rapid growth.At present,12 provinces and cities have been formed that are higher than the average level of development of the national health industry and 19 provinces and cities that are below the average level of development of the national health industry.However,the development ofthe health industry in the eastern central and western regions is uneven,the regional gap is large,the level of development level is a trapezoidal distribution,the overall development of the eastern region is in good condition,the overall development situation in the western region is lacking,the central region has neither a strong development of the leading areas,nor a weak short-plate area,the health development momentum is insufficient.ConclusionThe western region should pay enough attention to the regional development differences and narrow the development gap,the inland regions should strengthen regional cooperation and stimulate industrial development,and the eastern coastal areas should give full play to the advantages of regional resources.
