Research On Financial Risk Control Of QD Company Based On COSO Framework

In recent years,the market space of China's health products industry is huge.There are many competitors in the market and the market is more competitive.At the same time,people's living standards are gradually improving and people began to pay attention to the improvement of quality of life,so people's demand for health care products is also growing.Nowadays,our population is aging and health products market demand is strong,further promoted the development of the health care products industry.But under the impact of the electronic commerce,health care products industry is also facing many challenges.In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition,QD company must pay attention to financial risk management in the face of declining net profit and rising operating costs.Based on the above problems,this paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method,field investigation method and so on.The financial risk of QD company was studied through various financial indicators.And according to the research results to find out the company's financial risk management problems.Finally,a risk management system suitable for QD company is built based on COSO framework.The article is divided into six parts.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced and reviewed the research on financial risk management,COSO framework and the influence of COSO framework on financial risk management.The research methods and contents of this paper are explained.Then,starting with the core concepts,this paper briefly analyzes the relevant theoretical basis that may be involved in this paper,laying a foundation for the following case analysis.Secondly,by selecting the financial data and indicators of QD company from 2014 to 2018,this paper analyzes the financial risks of the company.According to the actual situation of the company and the existing financial risk problems of the company,based on the COSO risk management framework and the strategic goal of risk management of QD company,the risk management system suitable for QD company is designed.After designing,it also puts forward a series of safeguard measures for the reasonable implementation of enterprises.Finally,by summarizing the contents of the first five parts,the text illustrates the conclusions,inspiration and deficiencies.This paper mainly studies QD company and constructs a suitable financial risk management system for QD company.The author hopes to provide valuable reference for the future development of QD company and also hopes to provide reference value for other enterprises.
