Agriculture is the basic industry to support China’s economic development.Finance is also an important tool to support and promote the development of agricultural modernization.Reasonable and effective financial support is necessary and basic to the development of agricultural modernization.How to effectively meet the multi-dimensional demand for financial capital in the development of agricultural modernization and how to better develop and utilize the rural financial market to promote the development of agricultural modernization is an important issue facing the two major industries of agriculture and finance,and also the significance of this paper.Taking Wuhan city as an example,this paper studies agricultural modernization and finance.Firstly,the research has been clear about the research of financial support to agricultural modernization research background and significance,this paper introduces the core concept of agricultural modernization and the theory of rural credit subsidies in the financial markets,rural financial market theory and imperfect competition market theory and agricultural financial theory.Secondly,Data and charts are used to present an overview of agricultural resources in Wuhan city,Wuhan agricultural modernization in agricultural economic structure,agricultural production conditions and rural service level of the current situation and the financial aspects of the financing policy,modernization of agricultural science and technology,the development of agricultural information of agricultural modernization to support the status quo.Then the present situation of financial support for agricultural modernization in Wuhan put forward the financial constraints analysis,Discusses the financial support of agricultural modernization in Wuhan city capital supply and demand imbalance,poor market conditions,higher risk,financial services and innovation is relatively single,financial security level of agricultural modernization does not meet the demand of market,market problems such as lack of legal protection.Finally under the perspective of financial support from the government,the market mechanism and financial institutions three perspective,in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Wuhan city,puts forward the countermeasures to optimize ration level of agricultural modernization by increasing financial support and guide the formal financial positive to the countryside to improve the environment of agricultural modernization,establishing the risk compensation mechanism and financial poverty relief system,strengthening financial support and credit legal system construction of agricultural modernization,additional categories of financial products innovation and financial services,expand agricultural supply chain finance to increase financial support for the development of agricultural modernization,so as to promote the sustainable development of agricultural modernization in various Wuhan city.
