Study On The Countermeasures Of Present Industrial Poverty Alleviation Of Jinzhai County

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,poverty alleviation work has achieved unprecedented development in China.AS one of the eight major poverty alleviation measures,industrial poverty alleviation is an effective way to promote poverty alleviation among the poor and to develop the poverty-stricken areas,which is of great significance to China's poverty alleviation task.From the current reality of poverty alleviation work,there are still many problems and dilemmas in the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation,mainly manifested in the inaccurate,difficult choice,difficult implementation and slow progress of industrial poverty alleviation projects,especially in agriculture,forestry and breeding industries.AS a state-level poverty-stricken county,Jinzhai County relies mainly on industrial poverty alleviation.In addition to the above problems,three are still some problems such as weak industrial foundation,short industrial chain and insufficient endogenous impetus for industrial development.Therefore,understanding the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,interpreting the problems and difficulties faced by industrial poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,and proposing methods and measures are of great theoretical the practical meaning to develop the poverty alleviation work of Jinzhai County and to achieve the target.This paper takes Jinzhai County's industrial poverty alleviation as the research object,and first defines the relevant concepts and theories of industrial poverty alleviation through the methods of literature research,investigation and combination of theory and practice.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,the author sorts out the problems and difficulties in the industrial poverty alleviation and analyzes the impact on it form the four aspects,which is national policy,human factors in industrial poverty alleviation,business entities involved in poverty alleviation and market demand.Finally,it proposes to improve the relevant mechanisms of industrial poverty alleviation,increase infrastructure construction,and promote the agricultural industrialization process to extend the industrial chain and expand the business entities involved in poverty alleviation.These suggestions are not limited to the industrial poverty alleviation development in Jinzhai County,but also have reference significance for the similar industrial poverty alleviation development in China.
