Study On The Evelopment Of Agricultural Industrialization In Langxi County

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China advocated the strategy of rural vitalization.Xi Jinping,General Secretary,pointed out that agriculture must be strong if China was strong;that the countryside must be bcautiful if China was beautiful;and that peasants must be rich if China was rich.Agriculture is an important industrial basis for realizing the rejuvenation of the countryside and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and agricultural industrialization is the necessary way to realize agricultural modernization.Practice proves that the development of agricultural industrialization is the most effective approach to fostering regional economy and to increasing peasants’ income.Langxi County,located in the hinterland of southern Anhui and at the junction of Jiangsu and Zhejiang,possesses abundant natural resources and favorable ecological environment,which is suitable for the development of agricultural industrialization.In recent years,the work of agricultural and rural areas in Langxi County has been sticking to accelerating the agricultural industrialization and has published related supportively policies and measures,achieving satisfactory results.The research on operation and development of agricultural industrialization in Langxi County can not only propose specific suggestions to Langxi,but also provide references for similar counties in southern Anhui.The context covers six parts.The first part is introduction.It mainly introduces the significance and background information of the research and points out the importance of the research on the agricultural industrialization.And it summarizes and analyzes the literatures of operation of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,introducing the latest development of researches and providing clues for research on Langxi County.And it introduces the content and method of the research.The second part is the theoretical analysis of agricultural industrialization.And it systematically introduces the basis of the research on agricultural industrialization from the aspects of its meaning,features,the main organizational model,benefit distribution mechanism,and systematic basis.The third part is the operating conditions and the situation analysis of agricultural industrialization in Langxi County.It firstly introduces the basic situation of agricultural resources in Langxi County and then wholly analyzes the conditions,procedure,current situations and effects of agricultural industrialization in Langxi County.The fourth part is the existent problems in agricultural industrialization in Langxi County.And the context puts forward 11 problems from respective of the government,business entities,the degree of agricultural organization,and agricultural infrastructure construction.The fifth part is the successful experience and enlightenment of operation of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,analyzing three kinds of foreign advanced mode of agricultural industrialization--industrial integration model in America,industrial integration development model in Japan,industrial integrated development model in Europe.Domestically,the context analyzes the successful agricultural industrialization in Shandong province that the earliest proposed agricultural industrialization and that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang that are close to Langxi County,acquiring enlightenment.The sixth part is the solutions and suggestions aimed at the development of agricultural industrialization in Langxi County,and it brings forward 12 suggestions through three respective——fostering business entities,improving government services,strengthening social support,promoting the better development of agricultural industrialization in Langxi County.
