With the rapid development of information technology,Artificial intelligence(AI)has entered the stage of continuous innovation and popularization.As the diversify of internet financial products and the rapid development of banking service industry,the application of artificial intelligence becomes more and more important in social economy.The current commercial banks'business model has changed greatly.It's no longer purely accessing cash,remittance or bank products selling simply.No matter state owned banks,joint-stock commercial banks or foreign banks,they are all trying to approach to a humanistic service by building a service of customer centered,emotions connected with customers,service satisfied and all round financial services.Accordingly,it's becoming a developing trend for the future bank service mode that the bank manager conveys financial knowledge to the customer guides the customer to make investing and financing and realizes the transfer of passive acceptance of bank product to active choice for bank service.According to the further popularization of intelligence in the banking industry,the banks are facing the new inevitable issue that the customers' financial actions are moving to the internet continuously and the custom flow off-line declines accordingly.So,how to reshape the competitiveness of the network by mode transformation,explore the new competition point of the network,and expand the new customers around the network needs a method that the joint-stock commercial banks must think deeply.Considering this situation,this paper will combine the relevant information acquired from the Chongqing branch of ZS bank that author served at present,with the actual work situation of ZS bank and the survey and analysis of customer questionnaire to study the problems like network reform,hall management and customer service under the new situation,and elaborate the necessity of ZS hall service project reform from three aspects,namely internet competition,interbank competition and customer demand.In order to solve the problems,the innovation scheme for the improvement of ZS bank service project is put forward.In this schedule,the hall service staff,as the instructors for clients and authorized them to handle bank relevant business,will take the customer's experience and individual requirements as the core with using the new intelligent equipment as the main business admissible tool to provide the customers with the diversifed financial services to make the customers change from the tradition role.It can help them change from the passive acceptance mode into the active decision-making financial mode.In this paper,the project are divided into four aspects to design:the aim and model of the improvement of the hall service project,the functional zoning of the bank network and the intelligent experience area,the direction of the future intelligent equipment development,the position of the bank network,the division of responsibilities and the comprehensive service management of the bank network are all designed.At the same time,the system of performance assessment and improvement are made from the supporting performance appraisal system.The perfect training system,the propagandist channel of the network transformation and the scheme three aspects are designed to improve the support system for the improvement program of the hall service project,all of these can ensure the orderly implementation of the improvement of the hall service project.The improvement of the ZS Chongqing branch hall service project aims to provide the experience and necessary support to the commercial bank network to change and reform deeply in new era and network innovation service,intelligent experience service and designing new double win work.It provides a useful idea to alleviate the pressure of the bank hall service and improves the solving method of the equipment and facilities problems,which will get the maximum power to meet the customers' needs.At the same time,the customers are changed from the traditional mode as being passive acceptance of the product into the active decision making financial services,and it has put forward a new service model in the hall management to create a new bank that provides service of intelligent experience.
